Rich serves as the lead pastor of New Life Fellowship Church in Queens, New York. New Life is a church community with people from over 75 nations in the most diverse zip code in the country.
There are many complexities and realities when it comes to multi-ethnic church. Rich and Alan have a very insightful conversation about those as well as certain misconceptions, what's encouraging, and how the Church moves forward in creating a thriving multiethnic culture.
